Our website assistant matches your questions to an approved public program knowledge base. It is designed for general program questions—not account details or sensitive personal information.
We may collect your name, business information, contact details, location, ATM preferences, form attribution data, and questions sent to the assistant.
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate program availability, provide support, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Website hosting, form, and analytics service providers may process information on our behalf. The assistant does not intentionally log full chat content in application analytics. We retain business inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed.
